Hit some milestones at work today but a big day tomorrow. The dictaphone I backed on Kickstarter arrived today. Won’t have time to try it out until next week at least but it seems well made hardware at least. Went to the pub at the end of the dog walk after work. The weather is starting to ramp up.

Poured it down all day. Mad amounts of rain. Starting to think the country might sink. Glad I didn’t have the dog. Mrs Basil elected to get public transport with the dog rather than drive to the office.

Very frustrating work day. After a huge setback in the morning I might have just got enough done. Big day tomorrow. New case and wallet arrived for my phone.

Boring day. Yet more rain. Dog is getting even more annoyed with the weather than me, I think. Watched England limp into the Euros final… A semi and quarter final at world cups and 2 Euro finals… Kids today don’t know they’re born…. We had scraps.

Just about got my work done by the deadline. Almost can’t believe it. Specs, Risk Assessments, 8 test scripts, all while dealing with an idiot colleague. Started transferring over to my pixel 8. Always a pain in the arse.

Shit hit the fan at work and I couldn’t fix it. Had call the lead developer in from his holiday, which sucked.
