So the week ended and I haven’t made enough progress with my project so it’s not gonna be fun next week. The useless tester has been working on a different app that his line manager is managing the project for. Finally someone else is getting first hand experience of how much of a plank he is.

Not too much of a restless night with the dog but I’m still knackered. Hopefully that’s the last night she needs babysitting. Work was fine. More documentation work. The planned EDL riots in Newcastle seems to have been warded off by couter protesters but I think more planned for Saturday.

A day out in Ouseburn with the lads from my local. They have bad beer opinions, but it was an decent enough trip out. Finally donated my old steel bike to the bike charity.

For the first time in forever Mrs Basil and I slept in the same bed an left to her own devices. So fingers crossed tonight will be the first consecutive full nights sleep in about 3 weeks. I’ve ordered an Nvidia Shield and gonna try getting some nefarious streaming set up so Mrs Basil can watch the 3pm matches this season.

No after effects from the day of drinking. Mrs Basil had to work but to be honest, I kind of did too. Well, I say Mrs Basil had to work, she was at a charity lawn bowls event all day.

Walked the dog and went to a sad food market then set up IPTV on the Nvidia Shield that arrived this morning. Obviously that was a pain but managed to get it working eventually. My kobo ereader seems to be dead… It’s stuck on a screen that says: Please charge your ereader. Wonderful.
