Lead dev back after his suprise week of time off. It was an ok day at work I suppose, just the normal amount of annoying. Mrs Basil was feeling a little under the weather after a poor night’s sleep so worked from home.

My legs cramped up when walking the dog and now they are sore as hell. Dog was tetchy as hell this evening, freaking out at the slightest noise. I’m physically and mentally shot.

An overworked colleague is going to Iceland for 2 weeks. Am pleased for them. Hope they don’t instantly quit when they return. I finish a little before 5 today so snuck off to the pub. I’ve been eyeing up laptops… I need to stop.
