I’m mostly feeling better. After attempting to merge in 2 years of commits to the gotosocial repository, I decided to just reset my fork and try and re-implement my changes. Pretty much there, bar some tweaks. It was definitely the right call, the merge would never have worked.

Mrs Basil has come down with my cold and she has some intense days at work coming up so it’s a nightmare. I’m still full of phlegm but otherwise recovered. At least we weren’t both ill at the same time.

At work I was frustrated by code instead of people for a change. LINQ is shite. Got soaked walking the dog at lunch then just normal wet after work. Hopefully Mrs Basil will be on the mend soon, think I was rough for about 4 days.
