Had a very late appointment at the barbers. Mrs Basil has a shoot today so I abandoned the dog at 6pm and went to the pub for an hour before heading to get my hair cut at 19:30. McDonald’s on the way home. I’ve had worse evenings.

Another taxing day at work writing manual tests while a colleague watched me. Mrs Basil was home fairly late and the dog was pretty annoying. Didn’t get up to much after work.

Finished work early enough to walk the dog in the daylight. Managed to grab some beer on the way home. Mrs Basil had been for Afternoon tea with my sister. I didn’t want to let the salmon go to waste… Which was a mistake because I don’t like salmon and now I feel a bit ick.
