Scout struggling with the fireworks again. Hopefully we’re done until New years eve. New Microwave arrived in time to have leftovers for lunch. Spent the evening getting my RSS feed back up and running on my blog.

Trump is back. We truly are lost. I’ve spent the day doing my best to mostly ignore the whole thing. My whetstones arrived and I spent some time reviving an old knife. I’m pretty sure I did a terrible job but will find out tomorrow.

Had the dog dumped on me at the last moment today because Mrs Basil had a meeting. Suboptimal because I had a shed load of work to get done and it shortens my workday to about 6 and a half hours. After finishing the dog walk at 7 I really didn’t want to cook so went to a bar up the road where a guest caterer was selling parmos. Chicken and cheese overload.
