The dog had a clash of teeth while playing with her bestie. Some blood and maybe a small chip in a tooth, but nothing more dramatic than that it would seem. Had intended to spend some time on my website this weekend but did nothing.

More miserable weather today. I went to a “Vinyl Fair” at a local pub this afternoon. It was a generous description. One guy selling records. A waste of time. I had a pint while the worst of the rain past and went home. Got nothing done today that I thought I might.

Spent all day wrangling a front end bug at work that had been elusive for months. Was very draining but at least progress was made. Tinkered with my blog CSS this evening while Mrs Basil watched a depressing documentary about Palestinian evictions.

The usual Sunday morning dog walk followed by a munch needed rest. I had a plan to transplant some wild garlic into the garden from the woods down the street. But after a dozen or so failed foraging attempts, I called it quits. I did almost nothing productive this weekend.

Reproduced, investigated, figured out, and fixed a front end bug that had stumped everyone including the lead Dev for the best part of 4 months. A good moment. I had the dog today so I spent almost 3 hours stood in the biting wind.

Monday with the dog while Mrs Basil was at a networking event. Lunchtime walk in the park in mercifully sunny weather followed by a much colder evening walk. Work was dull and uneventful, which I suppose I will take. Mrs Basil is making lasagne. Found out a friend is getting engaged, which is nice, and they are moving away, which is a shame.
