A little more tension and snark at work between the lead dev and the tester. Spent most of the day reviewing a huge test script. Had the dog and spent about 3 hours throwing a ball for her. Mrs Basil home rather late so didn’t have dinner until about 9 o’clock.

Fell straight off the wagon with the cycle every morning plan. Had the dog today so couldn’t make up for it at lunch… Never mind. Work was ok. Did some refactoring and nobody bothered me. I’ve got documentation work to do tomorrow though.

Sacked off work early and got some drinking in the sunshine with a few mates from my local. Went to pubs I’ve never been to before (for good reason, they’re shite). Got a little drunk.

Another session on the bike this morning..Ok day at work, made good progress on my test suite, but tomorrow I have to write my objectives… Kill me.

Walked the dog in the park. She managed to roll around in fox shit and get a solid coating. There was supposed to be a storm today but it never happened.

Very bitty workday. Ended being given a time sensitive task right as I was going to lunch, so was late walking the dog and had to get a dry sausage roll from the only place that allows dogs. It was mercifully sunny after work and Mrs Basil request Fish & chips for dinner, so I went and got some and we ate in the garden.
