Back at work for a random Friday only week. Didn’t really do anything. Just as I took the dog out in the garden for her final pee of the day there was what sounded like a world ending amount of fireworks all going off at the same time in the distance. Apparently it was down by the river but no idea why.

Not much today. Heckin windy. Mrs Basil had a few Christmas zoom calls with friends and family. Watched Fury v Usyk and the stream held up, really didn’t think it would.

Christmas get together with some old work mates. A few of them flaked out but it was an ok turnout and a good afternoon. Mr’s Basil went to the panto and got home very late.
